RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible so we've designed our policies to be customer friendly and with better experience. The return & exchange window lasts for 7 days (starting from the date of delivery)
Order would be only eligible for a return/exchange if the product(s) are
Unused and are in the same condition that you have received.
Protective film should be intact and not peeled off.
It must also be in the original packaging and freebies.
In case of damaged/ wrong/used product recieved, an unboxing video is required.
For assistance regarding return/replacement or any issue with the product received customer can return/exchange the product by raising a request here
PLEASE NOTE:- For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Returns are not eligible during the sale period, for return & exchange extra charge of ₹99 may apply.

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENT POLICY
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different colour, model, or product within 7 days of delivery, an additional fee of ₹99 will apply. The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that glass items are not eligible for exchange under this policy.
The exchange process, including pickup and delivery, will be initiated by us, and the customer will be informed of the additional charge before proceeding with the exchange.
Somehow if replacement products are not available then customer has the choice to return the products back and get there refund in original mode of payment. In case of COD orders refund would be provided in form of store credits.
For exchange if the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process. If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product price, we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credits.
NOTE: Exchange request cannot be converted to return request.
REFUND
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method, it may take up to 3-5 business days to be settled in your account. With the exception of orders made via EMI and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will receive store credits instead. Store credits can be used for future purchases at Casegear.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits are sent to the email address used when placing the order. However, you can redeem these credits using a different email address. The credits are provided as an alphanumeric code, which can be applied during checkout.
NOTE: Store credits issued for returned orders have no expiry date and can be used at any time in the future.
